For details of the skills see the current Errata. The most important ones for initial character creation are the weapon skills you might want to start with as we discussed before. Where the Kaurathi name for the native races is clearly unique it is listed below with the general Tyrian term in parenthesis afterwards.

Each race also has one or two attributes which represent a cluster of skills you can buy that support either a different styles of combat such as Strong, Fast, and Tough for Fighters, or Fast and Survivor for Rogues, or Telepathic for mentalists such as Biata and Stone Elves, or Tradesman for Merchant and Crafting characters.
