Medicine - Prescriptions, inhalers, or other medical needs. Be sure you inform staff and include them on your Medical Waiver form so we can pass it to EMTs is needed. Medicines should be placed in a separate sealed plastic back for protection against the elements and ideally stored in suitcases or car trunks.
Comfortable Shoes
Socks & Extra Socks - You should change your socks often. If your socks are damp or wet, you will be miserable. Bring twice as many socks as you think you'll need.

NPC: Basic blacks - shirt, pants, socks, suitable shoes. no logos (If needed spats can fix this)
PC: Character Costuming - You do not need to get elaborate out of the gate. You just don't want to be wearing modern-looking clothes. You can find some good clothes online or even from other players at events. When in doubt costume from the head down. A good hat, headband, collar, chain, eShirt will get noticed first and can help make a strong impression for less costuming.

PC: Character Accessories - These are items that give you character something extra. Drinking steins, pouches, sashes, bandanas, etc.

NPC: personal balaklava and wrist play card holder
Consider a suitable in game water flask that fits your bouch or hangs from the belt
Returning PC: Sheet, Cards & Phys-Reps - Make sure you have your current character sheets and all physical representations for your items. And any active Inflict Cards on you and Item Cards for the items you are bringing.
PC: Cabin Decorations - Players love to add flair to their cabins. Nothing helps immersion more when you're hanging out in the cabin than a fully decked-out room. Some people bring rugs, tapestries, chests, and other displays or period-looking items. Trying to make the room feel like something other than a cabin.
Soap, Shampoo, other hair care and wash products - Dont plan to skim on showing and cleaning it is important and refreshing
Socks
PC: Character Make-up - Mehron or some other high-quality make-up is suggested. You may want face-setting powder also. Spirit Gum for holding on elf ears. Remover for getting them clean after.
Baby Wipes - Good for getting off make-up, but also for just a quick refresh. They don't remove the need to shower, but are still nice. (Remember not to flush them)
Flashlight - Just in case.

Spell Packets - Kaurath's deal with Camp Cedarcrest is natural colors (green or brown). Be sure to pick up after yourself.

Proof of vaccination for SARS-CoV-2 and current clean test for COVID-19 infection.
Good facemask that covers from tip of nose down to chin or lower if possible in case masking is needed eitehr by covid rules or due to flu, colds, and other infections. Our experience witht hep andemic has changed the bar for simple disease politeness.
Government issued ID and all LARP paperwork such as the insurance release if you have not attended an event this year.
Any information from your health care professional that they feel we need -- when you check that you were medically safe to attend a LARP event and all the things we do. (LARPing can be physically taxing and people fall in the woods sometimes and normal human medical stuff happens. Keeping the medical professionals who handle your checkup or current conditions aware of this hobby, what it involves, and having the information for any EMT who has to treat you are all part of being a responsible player.) We do aspire to support those with challenges so talk to us early and clearly if needed.
Do Not Bring
Alcohol, Firearms (guns), Real Weapons, Illegal Drugs, or Prescription Drugs not prescribed to you. These are not allowed on the site. If found, Police must be called.
Fireworks - Dry leaves make fireworks dangerous.
Fire Wood - The camp provides firewood and charges the chapter. Fire starters are usefu but must be stored safely.
Anything extremely valuable or sentimental. These things can get lost, stolen, or broken. We are not responsible for your valuables!
Anything inappropriate to a family atmosphere. There might be children around you.
No jeans or shorts for In-Character costuming. NPCs should see the rule on basic blacks.
