Pricing Made Simple
You can register and tell us you will be paying at the door, but the rates are lower if you pre-register and you get bonuses for pre-paying as well. Both steps help us make the game better, buy supplies for our chef, speed up your check-in and check-out, and it gives the chapter more treasure to distribute at the event.
If this is a multi-day event, you can register to PC or NPC for one or more days of the event.

Bundles and Season Pass
Bundles must be prepaid and pre-registered, but you get the pre-registration discounts built-in and you can share the best special discount with your team.
If you buy the four event bundle for yourself, it can be used as a Season Pass and will include admission to our usual four weekend events. It also covers admission for any other special events we run in a given year, such as one day games or adventure days, convention games, our Intercon Event, and similar things.
Contact Logistics by email on this site if you are buying a Team Ten pack and your team is signing up for the following or preceding special event, we will extend the group discount sharing offer to that event as well.

Adventure Days
At most eight hour combination of several modules. $40.Short Plot Submission
Tell the Plot team what your character is doing between events using the Plot Submission Form. You get one normal event blanket just like a one day event. Costs $ 15. The plot team tries to handle one submission per player between each event. It should arrives at least two weeks before the event.Long Plot Submission
Tell the Plot team what your character is doing between events using the Long Plot Submission Form. You get two normal event blankets just like a normal weekend (two day) event. Costs $ 30. The plot team tries to handle one submission per player between each event. It should arrives at least two weeks before the event. Your paid submission will normally be handled first, if it arrives before the deadline but your in game actions are still adjudicated the same as any other submission.Role Playing Session
Tell the Plot team what your character is doing between events using the Plot Submission Form and request an interactive roleplaying session. If time is available you get one normal event blanket for a session up to one hour. Costs $ 15. Available when plot team has time.
Tell the Plot team what your character is doing between events using the Long Plot Submission Form and request an interactive roleplaying session. If time is available you get two normal event blankets for a session lasting up to eight hours. Costs $ 30. Occasionally available when the plot team has time and the topic is considered interesting and important to the story. Time will vary with topic and the flow of the session.
Partial Games
If you can only attend one day of a two day event or are splitting your time evenly between NPCing and PCing you can registered for and pay for one day of the two day event as a player. This should be properly support both here and in NERO International. For other more special cases contact Logistics at this web site, such as trouble registering to NPC as well as PC at the same event.Note that attending only part of an event may mean that you miss the introduction or resolution of some plotlines and may require you to be more proactive than usual to get information and involvement in an ongoing story.
